The colour of Ganesh room on the terrace draws inspiration from a painting of Ganesh on its western wall. The violet colour reflects the cosmic healing energy before it turns golden on contact with the cornice on the ceiling. A truly uplifting experience. The terrace garden in front of the room is a peaceful heaven endorsed by the many birds that make nests and lay varied coloured eggs amongst its plants.
Several guests have been treated to the beautiful sight of little birds chirping in their nests before taking their first flight.
The Krishna room named after one of the Gods of the Indian trinity keeps the Pitambar (golden) colour on its walls while the Art pieces trace the history of Krishna from childhood, to the time of the Gopis (dancing girls) and after. The bluish green colour of its cornice is from the Peacock (the national bird of India) whose feathers adorn the crown of Lord Krishna.
